From Hieroglyphs of the Sacred Texts In the beginning
there was chaos. Chaos was darkness, the waters of the abyss. |
He took his penis
in his hand. He made love to his fist. He took his exquisite joy with
his fingers. From the flame of the fiery blast which he kindled with
his hand the universe was formed. The young priest lifted the phallus towards the statue, turning it so that the torchlight gleamed on the pale juices. Then he laid it at the feet of the statue and bowed, his hands crossed over his breast. Naunakhte only half felt herself lifted and carried away from the ceremony. She moaned and whispered the god’s name as the Lady Hunro caressed her breasts. ‘There,’ whispered Hunro. ‘You will see that the pleasure goes on. Sleep now and I will see at the rite and there you will serve me.’ ‘Oh, Lord Amun,’ said Naunakite into the stillness, ‘make me your servant, Let me feel you within me each day as I did today. Make me the Hand of Amun. Naunakhte lay on the alter, uncertain of what she should say or do, fear and lust fighting for the supremacy within her. She writhed on the cold stone and the temple filled with erotic excitement. Then the high priestess parted her thighs and prepared to make an arcane trail of her chastity. Naunakhte would not be allowed to leave the temple until all the young priests had performed the rite of Amun. Marked from birth with the symbol of Amun, the young Naunakhte must enter a life of dark eroticism as a servant at his temple. She will become his favourite high priestess but, when she’s accused of an act of sacrilege, she is forced to flee the city of Waset. There she meets Khonsu, a prince of the Egyptian underworld, whose prowess as a lover is legendary. But fate draws her back to the temple and she is forced to choose between two lovers – one mortal and the other a god! This book brings alive the dark mystery of portent sexuality of ancient Egypt. My Comments From the start of this book to the end, it has been a pleasure to read, there hasn’t been any waiting for the action to start I have been on the edge of my seat all the time. This isn’t a cop out; I don’t want to spoil the ending for you; what I can certainly say it’s well worth reading until the end. I would say the lady portrayed in this book is very much a submissive; however I let you judge that for yourselves. Marks for this book for me, is 10/10. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have. |
