I would first like to ask you, when did you find BDSM and how does it
connect with your life?
Mistress Calico: Hello and thank you Sadrina I've been
looking forward to this. Well that's kind of hard to explain, I mostly
tell people I fell into it. It began around 97 or 98 I think when I
was in a role playing group online based on the Gorean books by John
Norman. It felt natural and I soon found out some lived this way for
real though not so extreme and i found I fit into BDSM better than the
Gorean way. I still role-play Gorean but living it isn't for me. I connect
to it in a way that is hard to explain I am already bossy and can be
demanding so why not be a Domme?
TDA: What forms of BDSM play do you
journey the most?
MC: Oh so many to name and so little time. I love CBT,
you know most men are protective what they have down there and I love
the look on their face when I tell them to spank their own balls with
a crop. There's so may forms of CBT so that's one of my most favorites.
Floggers and butt plugs are fun too. I also enjoy getting into a subs
mind after all BDSM is mostly mental to a point and once you have the
mind the body will follow. I'm the one your mother warned you about.
TDA: Do you have any "hard limits"
when you are dominating your slaves?
MC: No children, no animals, no scat of any kind.
TDA: And what about the "stretching of limits" when
you session? Are you a firm believer in the exploration of bringing
a slave deeper and further with his/her limits?
MC: Oh yes, I always find out their limits first and
then what they might be willing to do. like one sub wasn't into cross
dressing that much but he said he might be willing to try women's panties.
When I see him again I may tell him to model a lace thong for me. Also
one sub was kind of worried about what I'll do with chopsticks during
CBT, I still have him wondering what my plans are. I like to push their
limits slowly.
TDA: What are among some of your more favorite scenarios
if any?
MC: Other than CBT? Well lets see... floggers, crops
and paddles oh my. But seriously I enjoy romantic settings to gothic
settings. I'd love to session in a gothic style castle in a long black
lace dress and using medieval torture devices.
TDA: For you personally, what is the definition of
a true "sadist" through the magick of consensual S&M?
MC: Well, I have only tried S&M with one person and
each time is wonderful because we mesh well. I'd define myself as a
sensual sadist and when you mesh well with someone its almost spiritual
in a way and if you can find someone you have energy with and then in
a session you can channel that energy and feed off each other its like
the best orgasm you can have. There's and art to being a sadist and
I enjoy good art.
TDA: Of all things a slave can offer, what is the one
most precious thing he/she can give you that would mean the most?
MC: Oh that's hard, but I'd first say loyalty then
trust.
TDA: What is your ideal painted picture of the ultimate
S&M bond between Mistress and Slave?
MC: Loyalty, trust, love. Both different yet reaching
the same goal of that orgasmic high that both get for different reasons.
When you can bond through pleasure and pain then that is perfect.
TDA: Of course, your brand of domination is Internet
training & sessions, which I see as possessing a great deal of mind
strength, true heart and a unique passion. Would you care to share a
more memorable experience you have had with a slave?
MC: Thank you I know some will say what I do is not
domination but I say to them don't judge what I do until you have tried
it. I have 3 memorable ones, one was by webcam I had a sub get on his
cam and do self cbt for my viewing enjoyment. Then I did a 3 day strap
on email session which was fun and my most recent was some S&M fun with
wax and needles.
TDA: In BDSM, what for you is the ultimate sacrifice,
and as well the ultimate gain?
MC: For me trust is a sacrifice because once you trust
its easy to be emotionally hurt, the ultimate goal would be to find
a sub I know well enough and who knows me well enough to feel my needs
and wants before I express them. As a Domme I see it as give and take
and I wont take by force or more than the sub is willing to give. I'm
not the kind who sees all subs or slave as below me so a gain for me
and the sub would be commitment, trust and a feeling of contentment.
TDA: Beings it is known on the Internet, what is your
opinion of Financial or Blackmail Domination? Do you believe this should
be regarded as BDSM?
MC: I just know some will yell at me for this but hey
won't be the first time. I never understood the princess concept and
to me they are just money hungry brats too lazy to work. Yes I like
being spoiled but I never demand money or gifts unless it's for a session.
To me financial or blackmailing is not dominating or BDSM. To me I'd
say its more a hobby.
TDA: What are your thoughts on Female or Male Supremacists,
and the incorporation of they're philosophies with BDSM?
MC: Oh that's simple they have an ego and self esteem
issue. I don't really agree with them. They are welcome to their views
but when they begin pushing those views they go to far. The ones I call
man or woman haters they go on and on about how evil the other gender
is. There's good and bad in both genders one is no better than the other
both are human. I also do not like the term creature, we are all creatures
in a way but the supremacists use the term as a way to degrade those
they below them. Without men there would be no women and without women
there would be no men. I respect supremacists but I just don't share
their views.
TDA: How would you deal with a SAM in a session?
MC: I don't tolerate sams, they want attention for
the wrong reasons and to a point that's topping from the bottom. I'd
either not respond in a way they want or I'd put their tongue between
two chopsticks held together with rubber bands.
TDA: Are you still considering phone domination? I
believe you had once mentioned doing this, will you?
MC: No I'm working on my online sessions and training
now, I wouldn't mind doing phone but due to my home situation that isn't
possible right now.
TDA: Do you believe there is a "lack of unity" in the
BDSM scene? If yes how so?
MC: Oh my yes. It's turning into a live soap opera,
its almost its own reality show like survivor but this one with Dommes.
Instead of helping each other I see some looking out for themselves.
Some let things go to their head and they go around like their shit
don't smell. I'm not here to compete to see who is more popular or has
more clients, I'm here to do what I enjoy. Instead of trying to out
do each other we should help each other, any domme can be popular but
that can change any day.
TDA: How do you view Mistress/Submissive relationships
outside of BDSM?
MC: There's a few submissives I'm friends with who
I don't session with and some I have sessioned with who are friends
and they know when to submit to me. I'm not one of those who say im
a 24/7 Domme, sometimes I like to be just me and talk to subs like a
friend.
TDA: What are your views on the more recent enforcing
of Government Laws in regard to the Adult Entertainment Industry, including
BDSM?
MC: I don't keep up with politics so this is a hard
question for me to answer. I do not see BDSM as adult entertainment,
I guess because I'm more lifestyle than pro though I am semi pro if
that makes any sense. But, long as everything is ssc then why bother
it?
TDA: Do you believe it is fair that BDSM is often classified
as a form of "prostitution" in the media? What are your thoughts on
this?
MC: Oh another hard one to answer without getting in
trouble. To be honest I haven't really seen bdsm in the media here much,
I guess Georgia isn't a huge hot spot for the lifestyle though not long
ago there was something on the news here about 2 men meeting a teen
online and they went to Texas and brought her to Georgia. The news said
she was forced into S&M activities - I think bdsm gets bad press because
the ones reporting on it really have no idea what's going on and they
focus on the bad side of it. As for BDSM as a form of prostitution sadly
there are both dommes, doms and subs who think all we do is have kinky
sex. I always tell people it's not all sex, heck I've only had cyber
sex with one in a session and that's only because the person is a good
friend and I adore the person, not sure if a strap-on session counts
but in both cases I got no payment so I wouldn't call it prostitution
what I did.
TDA: I always ask an "off the wall" question in interviews,
here is yours....Mistress Calico finds a bottle, opens it, and out pops
