TINA: “I wake up with a start at about six o’clock in the morning. I run Club Noir with Ian Single, and we prepare all day for that night. We are Scotland’s only burlesque club. Our show is about body cabaret – it’s very tongue-in-cheek, a bit rude at times, but never vulgar. We have stripteasers, but the emphasis is on the tease – our girls will maybe take off just some gloves, or at the very most will go down to big pants and nipple tassels. You have to see it to understand. People see the word “strip” and they think, well, it’s birds getting their kit off for men. But the majority of our audience are women. (Read full interview here)
